Uninterrupted

Those who have truly decided to serve the Lord God should practice the remembrance of God and uninterrupted prayer to Jesus Christ, mentally saying:
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, the sinner.

More on the Jesus Prayer here, by Princess Ileana of Romania; later Mother Alexandra. She founded the Orthodox Monastery of the Transfiguration in Ellwood City, PA, serving as abbess until her retirement in 1981. She remained at the monastery until her death. (If you have opportunity to visit and stay there, I highly recommend it.)
