This is not an attempt to curb “climate change.” America will still be mining coal and then exporting it. The coal will be burned, just not inside our borders. How does that combat “climate change?” Well, it doesn’t. The EPA’s sole goal is to cripple America. That is the left’s agenda, and they have their marching orders from the most dangerous man ever to occupy the oval office – Barack Hussein Obama.
